Cheeki Lifetime Warranty
Cheeki's Classic Range, Active Range, Cheeki Chiller, Coffee Mugs, Thirsty Max and 500ml Tumblers come with a lifetime warranty against any factory defects. Warranty only applies to the vessel (bottle) not the accessories (lids, straws etc) Cheeki may issue a replacement or refund if the issue is deemed to adhere to our definition of Manufacturing Defects
Cheeki 1 Year Warranty
Cheeki's Insulated Wine Tumblers, Food Jars, Lunch Boxes, Adventure Range and Straws come with a 1 Year warranty against any factory defects. Warranty only applies to the vessel (bottle) not the accessories (lids, straws etc) Cheeki may issue a replacement or refund if the issue is deemed to adhere to our definition of Manufacturing Defects
Cheeki 3 Month Warranty
Cheeki's accessories, spare parts, lids and pouches come with a 3 month warranty against any manufacturing defects. Cheeki may issue a replacement or refund if the issue is deemed to adhere to our definition of Manufacturing Defects
Before submitting a warranty claim please read below.
Is it a Manufacturing Defect?
A manufacturing defect is damaged or a mistake that occurs during the manufacturing process. These include:
- Product that do not insulate correctly.
- Uneven or rough surface or edging on your product
- Loose internal parts or rattle. Sometimes manufacturing “beads” are caught inside the walls of insulated products. These are not harmful and will not affect the functioning of your product but they can be annoying.
Should the product be deemed damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect by a Cheeki representative then we may issue a replacement or refund
Is it a result from wear and tear?
Improper use of the product can damage the product of which we deem not to be covered under warranty. These may include:
- Scratches and dents from dropping the product
- Peeling paint from environmental factors like acidic cleaners or excessive heat
- Damages occurred through cleaning via a dishwater (unless stated dishwasher safe)
If the product is deemed damaged from general wear and tear we may not issue any replacements or refunds.
Where was the item purchased?
Cheeki is sold across the country and around the world from digital and traditional stores. All claims are to be submitted through the store of purchase. This also includes overseas purchases. Claims on products that have been purchased through our official Cheeki e-commerce will be considered.
