So far the replacement lid is working well with no leaks.
I believe that improvements have been made on the lid, which is great news and gives me some confidence as I was disappointed in the original lid that began leaking after only a few months of use.
Joanne is really nice, and the product quality is absolutely amazing. We received it as a gift but soon realised there was a size difference between the two sides. I reached out through the “Contact Us” page, and the support team emailed me back and sent a replacement right away.
